Excellent experience - Solutions Analyst Intellex Employee Review

A truly professional company, with 30+ workers that covers the need for semi-sized companies, corporates, and government tender needs, (mostly international). That gives you a broad spectrum of assignments and variety in developing directions. Which never gives you a chance feeling boring or useless, everyone onboard is wisely mentored and managed by the two "heads" of the company Jelena and Ivan. Adding the fact that the owners ARE coworkers and also the best party animals alive, you'll understand why they have huge demand by youngsters to join their team.

Not much to say, except very high pace, not stress, but pace. Which is ok if you are young and are willing to work does extra hours including a couple of drinks after work. Great team building :)

- Interesting tasks in the logistics domain. - The nonstandard mix of technologies - Rare to find experts in the department. Here I've been able to work on very interesting project with an expert in theory of optimizations and logistic I won't find in any other place.

- Salary is lower than average on the market - Software development process is outdated. No CI, no agile, no autotests when I was there. On the other hand, it was not required for my department which resemble a startup. - Gray salary - Top management was very bad with me. They break their verbal promises and decreased the gray part of my salary without even notice.
