Pros

The interview process was quick and now I know why

Cons

It was just under my 30 days and was terminated for no reason other than "business decision" I hadn't even finished my training and onboarding. I turned down several jobs to take this job and just out of the blue I was let go and when I asked why I was given no reason

Pros

The company is incredible. Each employee has a seat at the table and a voice. It is rare to have a CEO know everyone by name and personally show interest in the people around them. The Executive Team is divese, smart, and most of all, passionate, and each member does the most to make this place a great place to work. The benefits are not terrible - affordable employee contribution to health insurance, generous PTO, matching 401(k) - and the decision makers really do look out for the best interest of the employees. Hard work is rewarded and while there may be some reviews that sour the company, my personal experience is that I have never worked with a team that I not just consider colleagues, but a second family like I do with Intellezy.

Cons

With every small-sized organization, there is bound to be painpoints. Clients can sometimes be difficult, even rude, but at the end of the day, that is consulting. You are the captain of your own ship, so if you own up to errors, take accountability, accept feedback, and stay the course, Intellezy is a perfect fit.

Pros

Easy work that feels rewarding - everyone says the right thing and are pleasant to work with. Nice swag and nice branding - company could be something big!

Cons

On my 90th day I was let go because the contract ended. There was no warning - even the 1099 contractors on that account got a warning - but I didn't. But hey, the final email from HR included" and I also want to mention that we would absolutely offer a strong recommendation for you if requested." - really? Like I trust that!! Overall everyone works in a silo, which is ok.. but there is no "team" - I had 2 team meetings with my manager the whole time I was there, each were awkward and lots of dead air. I had the impression going in that this was a "big" company of at least 1000, but found on day one that I was #61.
