It has a nice office

Staff are not valued or respected and there is constant office politics. VISTA values are not a reality it’s mostly just for show. Poor salary with frequent pay errors where employees are underpaid since they made the previous payroll team redundant. One of the values is accountability which is ironic since they attempt to keep redundancies as quiet as possible and give no explanation to other staff members. They also have made people redundant due to a restructure and then replaced those people with the exact same role but use different job titles to get around it, which ethically is not right. The leadership team also do not like to be questioned or challenged and don’t react well to feedback.

lImproved systems for smoother running of business, a clearer approach to conducting business and more visibility

Bullying culture in Parking Operations and constant OT pressure on Operatives and Supervisors pushed as business needs forget 5 from 7 patterns we will decide when you work, constant undermining of Supervisors ie Operatives asked to send reports direct and keep others out of the loop, which to me is a poor business practice. unreal expectations with teams and email coms when I am out in the field and no time given for admin, expected to do this as OT when we get home at end of shift. last investigated regarding comments made when conversing with Operatives and othersclassed as Gross Misconduct. I will leave it at that for now, but will add I love my job and will continue to support my staff.
