Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback, and for doing so with such honesty and care. The fact that you have given eight to ten years to this organisation, that you love your job, and that you remain committed to your team speaks volumes. That commitment deserves to be met with the same respect in return.
I want to be direct about the concerns you have raised. Sustained pressure around overtime and working patterns, the expectation to complete administrative tasks outside of shift hours, and the bypassing of supervisory structures are not practices we would ever consider acceptable. They are inconsistent with who we are and who we are working hard to become, and I take each of them seriously.
Our VISTA values sit at the heart of how we expect every part of this business to operate, including how our Operatives and Supervisors are supported and managed day to day. Accountability, respect, and genuine teamwork are not aspirational statements. They are the standard, and where we fall short of that standard it is important that we know, so that we can act.
I also want to acknowledge what you have shared regarding the investigation you were subject to. I am not able to comment on specific matters in a public forum, but I can say clearly that our processes must always be fair, proportionate, and conducted with dignity. If your experience did not reflect that, I want to hear from you.
