Relaxed work environment. Management and ownership are all in the building, so it's easy to get problems solved. Decent pay for the stress level. HR is willing to work with you when you need to flex some PTO or have an appointment, etc.

Leadership is not a big fan of remote work. Flat org chart. No real delineation between roles and levels.
