Cons
- No career growth scope. - Promotion and hike decisions are not always transparent, which creates a feeling of favoritism. There have been instances where employees with more responsibilities and experience were overlooked for growth opportunities, while others with less were recognized for promotion. - There have been cases where employees returning from extended leave were considered for a step down in role so that the person who took over their position during the leave period would not be affected - The new office space feels smaller than expected, with no dedicated seating and limited parking. On days when employees are encouraged to come in for events or leadership visits, finding space can be a challenge. - Some teams also feel that their contributions are not consistently visible to or recognized by Kochi leadership, which impacts morale and engagement.
