Pros

The 4 owners are former military, some have been in government contracting, and decided to open the kind of company that they wanted to work for. They have done a stellar job of it. It is good work for a place where there is a balance of thought and power. They respect each other and it shows in the work environment, it shows in the benefits that they give the employees, and it shows in the customer feed back. This company is pro-work, pro-family, and they walk their talk. This is not found in too many companies any more.

Cons

It is a small growing company.
