The organization really makes you feel valued. I don't feel the need to manage up to showcase value, or that I need to constantly prove myself. There's enough transparency that people can see my contributions without me needing to fight for that (and I feel properly compensated/recognized for it)

None that I can think of

Interesting product, good people/team leads in NA, flexible working schedule, still small enough for learning and collaboration opportunities

Focus on the AU team and customers, process changes with shifting leadership and trying to scale
