1. A good place for freshers, a platform where you can learn well. 2. No extra pressure and work load other than emergency purposes. 3. Weekends are for totally for you only. 4. Support available to carry out distance studies and leaves are granted for exams. 5. Friendly environment
Cons
1. Project handling, resource and time management is a big issue which I guess is a bar for every startup, although it gets stable after a time.
