      Executives care about each and every staff member.

      Cons

      You are treated like a family member, but families sometimes have personal issues. To me this is better though than he treating like an expendable employee.

      Licensing for AI tools included in the job Flexible hours

      Cons

      Company is tracking your work at a micro scale. Using software to take screenshots of your computer. Nepotism leadership, CEO is founder's daughter and CTO is founder's son. Company is moving in the direction of embracing AI but not in the way most companies are. Instead, they are pushing for everyone to do it the CTO's way.
