Pros

Remote work was offered and there was a new program implemented where there was the ability to leave at 12:30 on Friday. The people/employees for the most part were a good group.

Cons

ICN keeps sliding further and further into a bad place. Since October of 2016, the company has laid off all of their senior recruiters and also the most recent junior recruiters. I would estimate there has been close to a 75% turnover in staff over the past year. from layoffs and other employees leaving. The past model has typically been to hire junior level or entry level people with no experience and train them. It's not an easy environment and the stress level is very high. There are meetings after meetings which don't offer much value and take away from recruiting and sales time which seems ineffective in a results driven and focused environment.

Pros

I have been with ICN for about a year now and I love this job because we don't just do "keyword matching" on resumes. We don't waste people's time by sending them a list of job descriptions, we don't spam people. Instead we focus on learning what's important to them, what they are good at, and what environment they will thrive in so we can better place them in a role they will enjoy. My colleagues are all great and we have fun at work. The job is flexible and has great bonuses, which never hurts! We represent excellent clients and have jobs that people want.

Cons

Recruiting isn't an easy job, but it's very rewarding and affords a great opportunity to advance if someone is willing to go for it.
