Reasonable pay. The company provided a good laptop to work remotely. The projects the company is pursuing are genuinely exciting.

Very high turnover rate, which feels exacerbated in a small company. The company did not seem to transition to remote work well during the pandemic, and communication would often fall through. Most employees were so overworked that deadlines were rarely met, and often with poor quality. Working through company holidays is commonplace. Employee time was not respected. Meetings would regularly go at least an hour past schedule and run into other scheduled meetings.
