Pros
As with any job experience, it is only what you put into it, that makes what you get from it worthwhile. In my short tenure at iFOS, I have been given the opportunity to learn many different aspects of Federal contracting and consulting, which have allowed me to broaden my horizons and expand on my personal career goals. Opportunities for advancement and exposure to additional areas of expertise are always available, as the owner and managing staff are always seeking to assist employees in achieving their career goals. One of the things I love most is that I am always pushed outside my comfort zone, and challenged to take initiative - to own my work and be proud of it. This has given me a chance to truly dedicate myself to my career and fall in love with what I do. iFOS prides itself on helping its employees grow and learn, as well as rewarding success with greater success. I enjoy working at iFOS and can see myself growing here.
Cons
A drawback of working at iFOS is the work environments that have been made unfavorable, as a result of others who do not step up to the plate on their end. As previously stated, your work experience is what you make it; unfortunately the lack of integrity from others can be difficult to interact and work with.
