Pros
Pays decently, co-workers are generally very nice and supportive of one another. Management is easy to get along with for the most part because they avoid micromanaging contract employees.
Cons
Poor communication between client and Xerox / Intellinex, leaving the contract employee stuck in the middle. System access issues which can lead to delays in travel reimbursement, missed emails, etc. Xerox just parted ways with Intellinex, so things may have changed.
