But that doesn't mean they are not filing. They will file it. 2. You hold no right on client billing rate your salary is fixed and you will not get more than $110k. 3. Every call with recruiters will be monitored if you talk anything more than your limits they may terminate your employment visa. 4. They hire more people from India.
