No cons I can think of

I have been working here for more than five years and in that time I have been pleasantly pleased with multiple decisions taken that are both beneficial to the growth of the company and the employees within it. Be it the open door policy so you have a direct line to the C.E.O or the willingness of C.T.O to find the time and talk to you if you have a question or a concern. My professional growth during this time has been exponential and one of the reasons I think is because everyone embodies the core value of Continuously improve. Everyone is willing to help each other out and is supportive. In terms of working conditions you are allowed to work at your own pace, you are never man managed and deadlines are more than reasonable.
