Small firm, allows them to give you a personal touch. Always seemed to shoot me straight and was willing to go the extra mile for their consultants.

Not really many cons to me, the problem with small firms is they don't always have a contract for you in your specialty lined up. Probably the only reason I'm still not with them.

Really responsive when setting up engagement. Quite good at on-boarding and setting expectations. Compensation is good. Company staff spends a lot of time checking with client to ensure satisfaction.

Not a good advocate for contracting resources. Although the company oozes integrity and caring when you are an employee, when contract is up they are poor at follow-up and off-boarding.
