Pros

You work closely with CEO and learn ins and outs of Amazon ads. Travel with CEO to conferences/convention shows - paid by company and go out to dinner and own hotel room WFH, unlimited PTO

Cons

You have to figure it out on your own - 1-3 days of training with CEO and a lot of criticism training, bringing your moral down where at a point you feel discouraged, unmotivated, and feel like a low life because you don’t sound like him. A lot of the teams are based in India, so barely interactions with the whole team. They have all hands meeting at 11 PM every night. Commission is chump change. Only product you sell is advertising platform and it’s very complex and high priced product. So every time you compete with a competition you ultimately lose every deal. No 3 month growth oops and 1 year no growth oops. CEO has no sense of direction where to take his team, company, and growth for each person, you’re stuck at one position your whole life. He hires outside help but they don’t last long.

Pros

Good product with lots of potential to be great.

Cons

No company culture and little transparency. Leadership would benefit from some training on how to build a supportive and collaborative environment. They have a history of making rash decisions at the expense of their employees which is evident based on the high turnover rate.
