      You know when you see bad reviews and you’re like…hmm maybe it’s not that bad. I’ll give it a go. DONT. It’s that bad. I promise you’ll regret it. Late on pay. Crazy write ups. No access to HR. Management is a joke. Please don’t.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
