      More hours available every week

      Cons

      They treat officers like slaves. There are no heaters or air conditioners in the booths because they want all officers to stand outside through out the twelve hours whether the weather is cold or hot. They can extend your hours while you’re at post without even notifying you. Go there, get your top secret and leave. Is not a good company to work for.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
