      Pay is good. Benefits - insurance is good depending what you pick.

      Cons

      Long hours. Can possibly come in for 4 hours and be held for 12 hours and 45 minutes maximum. If you are at Main State you will be standing majority of the time. Supervisors show favoritism sometimes.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
