      Pros

      Shady company! It’s always something! They get over any way they can! Disgusting!

      Cons

      They will blatantly find ways to take from you! As a full time employee we are supposed to be guaranteed 36 hours a week but they cut my hours down to 16!!! Now, when it’s time to get the bonus, I won’t have enough hours to get it! They purposely did it! However, new officers (who get paid less) get more hours bc they get paid less! Terrible company!

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
