      Where do I begin… if you don’t work a certain amount of hours, they withhold your final paycheck to pay back for the garbage training they provide. All this contract is is warm bodies filling a position. The leadership is pathetic and there is no communication. I’ve never worked for such an incompetent company in my life. Upper echelon of management have ego problems and they will not tell you when your clearance has been approved. Its simply a tactic for retention rates. And they punish you when you advance your career with a better opportunity. Dont listen to a word this company lies to you about. Jeff R.

      Only pro is being salaried

      Cons

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
