      Pay is the only positive.

      Cons

      No respect for employees No communication No breaks unless your lucky. Had a guy have to deficate on post because no one in command would let him after calling for emergency relief multiple times. Also brings in to another point. Almost everyone brings a pee bottle because its that bad. Oh 12hr post well good luck with a meal break you better not eat on post though. No new uniforms, all used dry cleaned uniforms.

      Where to begin. This company has no regard to following a CBA and then leaving the burden of blame on their Site Leads. There is no support from upper management. Executive Leadership is completely clueless on how to run a company and will make changes that negatively impact your operations. All the departments have 0 regard to your schedule or personal time and will contact you during vacations. Departments that are meant to support and assist you instead actively hurt your operations and when you give pushback you're told to kick rocks and deal with it.
