There are no cons for this company

There are none. There are a lot of talented people here that if allowed to use their talents and had the proper leadership could make a difference. Management overall has such an ego that they don't listen. And think they have all the answers. Which they don't. They want to be 30M in 3years. They act like 1M in 10 years. Egos, greed, and lack of knowledge.

I use the term very loosely...the "management team" is so unprofessional and inexperienced at running a company of anything beyond $2M in sales. There is no leadership. They don't have a clue how to lead people professionally or run a business beyond the $2M they started with . They are all about gossip and running a small business. The worst growing pains I have ever seen because they won't believe the problem is with management. Not their rank and file. So greedy filling their own pockets and looking to big brother not to check up on that.
