      The flexibility of working remotely

      The organizational structure has undergone significant changes in the HE sector of the company, leading to placing individuals in management roles with no management skills at all. This has resulted in exponential and limitless increase in duties on contractors. No benefits, just a massive workload with very low pay

      Some nice people working in Prague office, chill workplace environment

      Pretty obvious salary & growth ceiling, after many years there was not much perspective to stay there. Monotonous and repetitive tasks.

      Pros

      I was offered a job with them twice and twice the manager hired me but HR wouldn’t accept my freelance visa. Why? Who knows. Why would you hire someone when I was so clear about my visa in the interview.
