      Pros

      The people who work here are ROCK STARS! There is a tremendous amount of talent and ideas that keep ICND at the forefront of providers in their industries.

      Cons

      It's a long commute, from MB or ILM, but offers the flexibility of working from home at least a few days a week. Having benefits, more vacation time, and health insurance would make it an even better place to work.

      Pros

      Not micro managed. Able to grow with the company, learn a lot, and skies the limit. Brandon is really easy to work for. Do your job, keep clients happy and everyone is happy. Everyone is pretty innovative and loves to come up with great ideas. Clients are great.

      Cons

      Pretty lean staff so you have to love to be pretty busy. There's a lot of work so you can get burned out pretty quick. Would love to see more benefits offered like health insurance and more PTO. But really can't complain.
