Pros
Excellent remuneration (base pay, bonus, LTCP) and career progression possibilities. Lots of cool and diversified technology to to work with (depending on your department)
Cons
IDCC is considered a "patent troll" i.e. it does not have any product and the vast majority of its revenues come from patent royalties and litigation. This is moral dilemma.
