A few things that stand out to me in particular: -Involved in a variety of government projects in both the DoD and civilian space – positions at Headquarters and on-site at government locations -Company is small but has been in business since ’96 – has defined processes with CMMI® accreditations for both Development and Services -Growth opportunities in many IT areas – application development, cybersecurity, network services -Diverse staff – different ages, career stages -Flexibility – company has core hours 10am-3pm The extras: -Beautiful office located in the heart of Arlington, VA – metro-accessible on the orange and silver lines, walking distance to restaurants/food trucks/businesses/residences -Great health benefits – the company covers individual’s health & dental insurance -Ballin’ Christmas party – they go all-out every year with food/open bar and always have great prizes – I won a MacBook last year! -Company office parties/happy hours – pumpkin carving/costume contest for Halloween, happy hours throughout the year -Fully-stocked kitchen

Though the building has easily accessible underground parking, like most places in the Arlington, Virginia area, it is not free.
