      Pros

      I am so happy that I have had the opportunity to work at InterKnowlogy. It is a wonderful company! The projects we work on are innovative and utilize new technologies so we are always learning and expanding our knowledge. The employees are extraordinarily talented and we all actually enjoy working together. I am very happy to be working at InterKnowlogy. The CEO and management team promote a wonderful work environment and work/life balance.

      Cons

      I am spoiled after working at InterKnowlogy and know that no future company will compare.

      Pros

      My supervisors, coworkers, and everyone else I met were very friendly and smart. I felt challenged; communication was good; and I could seek help when I was stuck.

      Cons

      My supervisor seemed to overwork himself, but that seemed to be a personal choice. And management encouraged him to work less.

      Small company. Your efforts matter to the overall success of the company.

      Cons

      New leadership is taking the company in Canadian sectors. Which is fine, but not really cutting edge technology anymore.
