My supervisors, coworkers, and everyone else I met were very friendly and smart. I felt challenged; communication was good; and I could seek help when I was stuck.

My supervisor seemed to overwork himself, but that seemed to be a personal choice. And management encouraged him to work less.

Small company. Your efforts matter to the overall success of the company.

New leadership is taking the company in Canadian sectors. Which is fine, but not really cutting edge technology anymore.
