Pros

Unfortunately, there are no pros to be mentioned

Cons

- The worst company one can work in. The CEO is a very arrogant person, unprofessional and shouting all the time without listening to anyone. Also, he is not a man of actions; he just gives advice, which he himself does not follow. - No benefits at all as the CEO is not caring about the employees; all he thinks about is how to save money. - No honesty in the communications with the CEO or the top management in general. - There is no system or organized process to run work, which leads to many conflicts among the employees. - A dishonest CEO, many employees were deprived of their salaries just because they showed the intention to leave. - There is no chance to learn any new skills or even practice the skills you already have, simply because all the decisions are being taken by the CEO and in a very random way. - The employee’s health is nothing to care about; one of the employees has contracted COVID- 19, and they kept it secret as the CEO was afraid that the rest of employees, if know about that COVID- 19 case, will not come to work. - One of the employees fainted due to the work pressure on him and then he resigned after two weeks. - No honesty in the salary system; they bargain with the employee in the interview and try hard to reach the minimum salary. The more negotiation skills an interviewee has, the more salary he/she will get. So, do not be surprised if you found that a colleague who joined the company the same day you joined, and has the same skills you have, and get more salary than yours. - Very weak HR system, you do not even have an HR orientation when you join the company. - No chance for a work-life balance as the CEO and some of the employees deal with you as if you are the company property and that they can call you in weekends, midnight and at anytime asking for very stupid requests, and here again that is due to the lack of system for work. - Tools and devices that are used for work are very outdated; imagine that a company that mainly depends on phone communications, the credit is very limited and never enough to accomplish simple work. That is in addition to the very bad laptops that need hours to just wake up. - Toilets are simply embarrassing!!!! No hygiene at all.

Pros

The team I work in is very friendly, fun, and helpful. Working hours are relatively flexible, you will have to work for 8 hrs from the time you got there which should be between 9-5 (may differ depending on the agreement). The company has a diverse range of clients from different industries but they are focusing more on the pharma brands.

Cons

The salaries are average-to-low, short staffed and you may need to do the work of other people either because they do not have them or because their work is not of good quality. It may seem as if it is a corporate, however, they deal as if they are a startup. They may exploit you at first as an unpaid intern and after being a full timer you'll be on probation for 3 months where you do not get health or social insurance. You may need to always be reminding people of your rights as they do not have the decency to do so by themselves.
