Pros

The working atmosphere is great there, colleagues and managers are really friendly. The offices are very spacious and quite bright based in central Madrid. Flexible working hours throughout whole year which is fab, however there is no summer working hours over the season and considering how warm is Madrid over the summer is quite hard to work full time during such season.

Cons

The salaries are quite low in comparison to other similar roles in Madrid also small benefits package - most part of the staff complaining quite often about it. For that reason there is lots of staff movements regularly being not good for the company reputation or brand awareness. As I said in the title, its good to work there but just for junior roles. In terms of organisation chart, its a big crazy and messy. Keep changing their structure very often which is not good for anyone and also quite confusing for the staff. Apart from that there is a HUGE lack of communication between teams/ depts implying big misunderstanding and issues between teams. Additionally, they don't promote their staff internally but recruit new employees when needed, being quite frustrating and dissapointing (especially for senior staff) who have been working for ages in the company and their hard work/ loyalty has not been rewarded.
