      Great employee events, good rewards package, some amazing people

      Cons

      Little opportunity to advance your career, as the company promotes becoming an expert and keeps people in those roles A little nepotism Doesn't have a flexible approach to working from home

      Autonomy in the work, smart, good people and free lunch.

      Cons

      Full time in-person and parking at the office is $500 a month. Pay could also be higher.
