Pros

My recruiting experience at Interac was genuinely exceptional, and my recruiter, Rae, was the driving force behind my positive journey. She completely redefined my expectations for what a hiring process could be. From our first conversation about a Product Manager role, Rae's transparency and positive attitude were contagious. She was incredibly thorough, immediately walking me through the benefits and compensation—a level of professionalism and respect that's genuinely rare. Even when the first interview didn't lead to an offer, Rae's dedication didn't waver. She didn't drop the ball; instead, she kept me in the loop and let me know that another hiring manager was interested in my profile. Over the next few weeks, she remained a constant source of support, demonstrating her empathy by truly understanding how tough the job market can be. She was always quick, helpful, and open to listening. Thanks to her persistence, I got the call for a new interview. The process was seamless, and within a week of the final round, I had an offer. Rae was truly on my side, making me feel at ease and empowering me as a candidate. Ultimately, Rae's approach made the entire process feel personal and supportive. She's an exceptional recruiter who is clearly dedicated to helping candidates succeed. She's a huge asset to Interac, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide through this journey.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of a single con.

Pros

Brand Name/Events / Benefits Plan

Cons

Restructuring and layoffs every year...Unplanned decisions even restructuring teams back to original way of reporting resulting in frequent firing and layoffs...Toxic middle level managers and highly political environment..be ready to have escalations on minor issues...instead of working together teams shift blames on each other ..You have to watch your back constantly...E.g Thrown in projects without any knowledge transfer and expected to excel from day one else will be escalated...Personal ego of Middle Managers takes precedence over Talent and Results..
