Pros
- lots of free time off - often the company will stay out of your hair and you can focus on teaching, especially if you are located far from the branch - If your first priority is to explore/experience japan, then Interac is great
Cons
- low salary - does not pay your travel expenses to get into japan - not a great place to work for long term
