Pros

Most clients are lovely to work with and build relationships with. Some coordinators very nice and helpful. Good to be out of an office, driving and helping clients.

Cons

Most coordinators not great. Team Leaders, payroll, and managers left a lot to be desired in honesty, willingness to correct pay problems, accountability. I was underpaid most pay runs. Spent so much personal time trying to get paid correctly. Before I started, I was told by someone in the company that the NDIS side was very disorganised. So true.

Pros

Zero The company is changing in a negative way They do not care about their staff They only care about making money

Cons

The staff sit there and gossip about the clients and make fun of them They gossip about colleagues and stab everyone in the back I would never recommend this company
