I honestly just love it and have none!

Kind senior staffing, lots of social events and interesting projects. There is clear professional progression for the design team.

Low pay compared to other companies. Felt very cliquey, with too great a focus on a loud drinking culture resulting in the exclusion of others. Very little diversity, and the culture offers very little flexibility too. Design team are often overworked.
