Pros

Good benefits, coworkers are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Poor management. You will not receive full training before being put on the phones. Supervisors and managers lack knowledge, and about 50% of the time you won’t get correct answers to your questions. There is excessive micromanagement, which makes the workplace very uncomfortable. If you are a recent graduate, you might be misled by managers’ fake smiles. People stay there forever, mainly because you can do whatever you want during work, like watching videos all day, and still get paid !

Pros

Good benefits (50% up to 5% 401k match, paid lunches, fully paid medical plan). Work-life balance is decent; it's rare to be asked to work more than a 45-hour week. It's a good place to break into fintech, particularly in client services.

Cons

A largely uncollaborative and sometimes toxic corporate culture outside of client services. Unless your name carries weight with management, your colleagues, even at lower levels, can be unresponsive or downright hostile, making it difficult to accomplish anything. Upward mobility and career development opportunities are limited, which reflects the company’s focus on automation and a lean operating model.
