Pros

Free lunch when working from the office and good salary. Talented and supportive people if you are lucky to be part of a nice team.

Cons

Fake sense of flexibility. WFH policy with set of rules with mandatory days working from the office. Due to the lack of experience of some team leads, sense of micromanaging, shaming and rudeness towards individuals are present, therefore creating an environment that lacks motivation and pro action from individuals. Lacking in good communication. Additionally, the worst training I have ever had.

Pros

Good benefits (50% up to 5% 401k match, paid lunches, fully paid medical plan). Work-life balance is decent; it's rare to be asked to work more than a 45-hour week. It's a good place to break into fintech, particularly in client services.

Cons

A largely uncollaborative and sometimes toxic corporate culture outside of client services. Unless your name carries weight with management, your colleagues, even at lower levels, can be unresponsive or downright hostile, making it difficult to accomplish anything. Upward mobility and career development opportunities are limited, which reflects the company’s focus on automation and a lean operating model.
