Pros

Supportive & Caring Team who generally care about your career and you as a person. Career road map so you know what you need to do to get to your next promotion/raise. Opportunities to improve yourself. Personal development. Plenty of team building days and socials. Amazing flexibility of working days. 3/5 day wfh split. 3 days in, 2 days at home. Which means there is an excellent work life balance. Design team have the opportunity to travel the world and visit clients from all over. This is through focus groups and photography days. This is so unique and really creates work memories. CEO is all in. Passionate and hardworking who is driving the company to amazing things. Who inspires every employee to be their best. All this and the creative freedom to be the best designer you can.

Cons

Nothing really to share, other than what others have said. Low holiday comparable to other companies and no sick pay. There is a bit of grey area around overtime. However, these cons are nothing compared to the pros.

.....but only if you are lacking in confidence and need to be told what to do. Good exposure to many territories, nice people in the team and a good WFH arrangement. Lunches and great social events for team.

Cons

Lack of trust and empowerment, belittling and undermining culture.
