Pros

None, it indeed is a worst decision to join this company.

Cons

The list goes on and on. - No work-life balance, they will make you stay after hours, have the courage to ask you to stay back at the office for nights as well. - Boss treats employees like labor, yelling at the top of her lungs, insulting them for no good reason, dragging personal life in between, misbehaving, throwing tantrums and what not. - HR is spineless. - It is more of a dictatorial environment, where no matter how right you are or your approach is, you will be silenced, if questioned, you will be fired. - No job security, you walk on the egg shells, your boss got triggered once, you are fired. - Appreciation for work is a dream, the boss treats you like a beggar instead. - Cannot redeem the granted leaves, Lord knows why are they 'given' to you in the first place. - No incentives, even if you are working 23 hours a day or however the boss wants to exploit you. - Salary deductions for the cheapest reasons. - Boss got nothing better to do, than just monitoring what people are doing through the CCTV with live feed in her cabin and mobile, well this is way too creepy. This is just a snapshot of what this little hell on earth is. **DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY**

Pros

My internship in digital marketing was a game-changer. I gained hands-on experience in areas like SEO, content creation, and social media management. The best part was the responsibility I was given early on, which allowed me to see the real impact of my work. Thanks to strong mentorship and support, I grew both professionally and personally, and my passion for marketing only deepened. I'm excited to have transitioned into a full-time Marketing Associate role, where I can continue learning and contributing to the team.

Cons

It was wonderful working here, No cons
