Not an ideal place if one wants to use the latest coding technology Have a long probationary period which means one wrong move and you are gone.

Remote work. Able to work independently. Relaxed atmosphere. Colleagues are generally nice. Work is easy.

Work isn't challenging, and there's no room to grow (unless you're a relative of the owner). There's only 1 client, so you're essentially working for a bank, but earning much less than if you worked for them directly. The projects are boring and repetitive. The yearly team get-togethers are at the owners mansion on the lake, or his golf club. So you can see how rich he is while being paid far below industry standard. Feels like we're being taken advantage of.
