Pros
Brands that they do not deserve. Big projects and awesome clients. Some super, wicked smart and creative people being abused on a daily basis. Learn a lot by doing but not from actual training which is promised. That is saved for the elite beautiful people in the Interbrand University. Trying not to laugh. They so think they are so above everyone else.
Cons
Just too many cons now. Senior management only care about their bonuses and profit. Creatives have been beaten down and Interns do so much of the work because the time sheet and financial sheet is the God at Interbrand. Account team does not care about anything but themselves and thier families and only work 80% and there is no strategy team any more. The people doing the work in design and production are treated like slaves. Morale is at an all time low and clients are starting to smell the rotten core. A place for favorites and old white men with no ideas but how to count money. USA is fragmented and disgusting, Europe is a joke and Asia has no idea what it s doing. People are leaving all the time and do not get replaced. Families and private life? Kiss that good bye while upper management want more more more with more expenssive cars and vacations for themselves. No 401K match and that is just the tip of the iceberg. But we do have a new ping pong table. I would not tell anyone to work here and like everyone else am looking for a way out. Like so many before me I have been betrayed, abused, coned, lied to and mentally tortured all for the benefit of the top 1% who cheat and lie every day. Apply for a job here after reading this then you are a fool. Just read the other reviews! Landor, Wolf Olin's, Brand Union and Futurebrand have nothing like this on their reviews.
