Never have met a better executive staff. Not only do they set the direction with conviction, but they allow each member to build there own credible direction. Each one of the executives make you feel like we are all on the same ship and we all work together. Not to mention have a great goal towards work life balance and always allowing for growth and opportunity. I am grateful to work with the people over at Intercap. The origination/sales staff are some of the most amazing people I have worked with over my years. Its really a TEAM environment where each side wants to do all they can to find the best interests of all. Really that is a rare feat. This is one to stay and grow with, but also find purpose in your daily life. Thank you !
