Able to work independently and use my nursing skills. Patients are very appreciative and it gives me great safisfaction helping the less fortunate.
Cons
My skills, leadership and past accomplishments are not acknowledged by Intercare nor are they compensated for financially....Pay scale is not even close to what the nurses in this geographical location are are making. ..........Also, this is a seasonal position.
