      Nice people, nice place, good pto rate of accruing, paid training

      Cons

      There seems to be some nepotism and as a driver you assume a lot of risk, but are not paid well, it takes 5 years to reach the top pay scale which isn’t even 35/hour, unfortunately I won’t be able to afford to work here much longer I’ll have to take my CDL elsewhere.

      Good communication Good pay Good benefits A lot of passion from top to bottom

      Cons

      Shifts can be difficult to find a balance. A lot of change and growing right now which needs open-mindedness. That some senior employees have difficulty with.
