The management here is the worst i have ever seen The recent promotions for managers were not formally contested , just given handouts There is no compassion for manager in the team for the same reason. Top managers and good employees have resigned since the last 6 months Toxic environment no room for growth ? or peaceful survival. The onshore managers are not fully aware of what schemes are run by the offshore managers at all
