The bosses possess wealth, yet their focus and priorities appear directed towards areas beyond the business itself.
Cons
The seniors are absolutely great at putting a front. Not much of locals here, so if you're up for making foreign friends that don't care about a smaller paycheck, it might be worth joining. Plus, it doesn’t sit well with me when some quirky tactics was used when it comes to closing deals. Also, I witnessed a couple of times where the seniors are reprimanding employees with a tone and attitude that lacks respect.
