Pros

Parking, relaxed dress code, well kept office.

Cons

Constant changes within the organization that the company would always consider a "restructure". It was hard to get comfortable in your position with your team because it was constantly changing. Unclear and inconsistent direction from management that constantly changed with zero support. The company uses finger pointing as a tactic almost daily. The turnover at this company is unlike any turnover I have ever experienced. There was a department in particular that lost over 15 employees in less than a year. The culture at this company is probably the worst part about working here. No one is respected if they are under upper management ranking. To show that they do not value their employees, everyone under director position is paid beneath industry standard, which is discouraging with the CEO drives a different sports car monthly. The executive team is not welcoming nor are they there to support and develop their teams. Personal and career development is not recognized at this company. People stay stagnant in their roles just to be a body getting the job done. It is known that people at this company are unhappy and its made aware but there is no initiative to change people's day to day. So with this all being said, I'm shocked to see the flood of "positive" reviews.

Pros

My teammates were wonderful and hardworking. The CEO, Chris Quinn was involved and present and did a great job. Benefits were ok, pay was middle of the line. My ratings are based prior to the CEO leaving the company.

Cons

The owners. Specifically, Bob. Ran the sister company Mdesign to the ground and is now doing the same with iDesign. I really enjoyed my job prior to the CEO leaving. But that immediately changed after Mdesign shuttered their business. Putting their favorites from the sister company into higher positions they had zero experience with and sales plans that made zero sense has crashed the business. For those of my colleagues that are left, I hope they can rebuild and succeed. But layoff after layoff, there aren’t many.
